ลักษณะ :

กล้วยไม้อิงอาศัย ลำลูกกล้วยทรงกลมหรือรูปไข่ ใบ มี 1 ใบ รูปขอบขนานแกมรี กว้าง 0.4-1 ซม. ยาว 3.2-10 ซม. ช่อดอกแบบกระจะ ยาว 7.5-22 ซม. ดอก ออกห่างๆ ตามแกนช่อดอก มี 8-23 ดอกต่อช่อ ขนาดบานเต็มที่กว้าง 7-9 มม. ยาว 4-5 มม. กลีบเลี้ยงและกลีบดอก สีเขียวอ่อน มีเส้นตามยาวสีม่วงดำ กลีบปากสีดำอมม่วง มีขนละเอียด สั้น ตามขอบกลีบดอกและกลีบปาก

Characteristics :

Epiphyte; pseudobulb globose or ovoid. Leave 1, elliptic-oblong, 0.4 – 1 cm wide, 3.2 – 10 cm long. Inflorescence racemose, loose flowered, 7.5 – 22 cm long, 8- to 23-flowered. Flowers 7 – 9 mm across, 4 – 5 mm long; sepals light green with blackish-purple lines; petals light green with blackish-purple lines, finely pubescence at edge; lip blackish-purple, with finely pubescence.

พบตามป่าดิบเขาทางภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ออกดอกเดือนกุมภาพันธ์-มีนาคม. การกระจายพันธุ์: หิมาลายา ถึง จีน (ยูนนาน) และ อินโดจีน

Distribution :

Hill evergreen forest in Northern and North Eastern Thailand. Flowering in February – March. Distribution: Himalaya to China (Yunnan) and Indo-China.
